Club Rental Information

The Metcalfe Curling Club is available for rentals all year round. You can rent our licensed club to have your own bonspiel, or rent the lounge for a meeting or a party. Rentals for curling are only available from the end of October to mid April.

Check the club calendar to see which dates are available for rental.

The cost of renting the club is as follows:

Bar tenders are included in the rental fee. It is not permitted to bring alcohol into the club.

Club Features:

• The lounge can accommodate seating for up to 100 people.
• The lounge is air-conditioned.
• There is a large screen TV and a sound system.
• The club has kitchen facilities with dishes and cutlery for around 90 people.
  
  
• * If required, the club will supply a kitchen staff to prepare dinner for a charge of $15.00 per person.

Rentals are first come first served and are based on availability. Rentals for ice time fill up fast, so book early.

Please Note: We do not rent the ice surface by the hour.
